We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This document outlines our standards, practices, and policies to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our platform.

Privacy Features

Agent Contacts is designed with privacy at its core. The following features help protect all users, including minors:

Private Information: All personal contact information shared within the App is private by default. Users have full control over what information they share and with whom.
Controlled Sharing: Contact information is only shared within private networks that users have been explicitly invited to join. There is no public directory or open search functionality that would allow strangers to discover user profiles.
No Unsolicited Access: Users cannot access the personal information of other users unless they are members of the same private network. This prevents unsolicited contact and protects users from unwanted interactions.

CSAE Prevention Measures

We employ the following measures to prevent and address CSAE on our platform:

User Verification: Network administrators are responsible for managing membership within their private networks. This ensures that only known and trusted individuals are granted access to shared contact information.
Prohibited Content: The upload, sharing, or distribution of any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming content, and any content that sexualizes minors.
Real-Time Reporting: Users can report any suspicious activity, content, or behavior directly within the App. All reports are reviewed promptly by our team and escalated to the appropriate authorities when necessary.
Collaboration with Authorities:We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and organizations dedicated to combating CSAE, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We will report any confirmed or suspected CSAE activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Data Encryption: All data transmitted through the App is encrypted to protect user information and prevent unauthorized access. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols to safeguard personal data at rest and in transit.

Zero Tolerance Policy

AT Company, Inc. maintains a strict zero tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any user found to be engaging in, facilitating, or promoting CSAE in any way will be subject to immediate action, including but not limited to the consequences outlined below.

Consequences

Users who violate this policy will face the following consequences:

Immediate Suspension:The user's account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. During this period, the user will have no access to the App or any data stored within it.
Permanent Ban:Upon confirmation of a violation, the user's account will be permanently banned from the platform. The user will not be permitted to create a new account.
Reporting to Authorities:All confirmed or suspected instances of CSAE will be reported to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and any other relevant agencies. We will provide full cooperation and any available evidence to assist in investigations and prosecutions.
